People and Culture Assistant

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build their career with our People and Culture Department as a P&C Assistant. This is a dynamic role where you will be a key part of our People and Culture Team with objectives including:

  • Benefits and well-being program administration
  • General HR administration
  • Be a key contributor to our company culture. Your contribution will be felt throughout our organization as this role is essential to maintaining our culture as we add associates to our team.



  • Answer general team member requests and questions related to HR
  • Termination and Anniversary Letters
  • Executing team member events
  • Meal Coordination
  • Create and maintain team member records in our HRIS system
  • Assist in report generation
  • Assist the People and Culture Supervisor in benefits administration and execution of wellness programs
  • Assist with benefits audits including quarterly premium audits and HSA audits
  • Scorecard and budgeting administration
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Creativity with a good sense of humor
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking and Human Resource software
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel Experience
  • Enjoy handling multiple projects and tasks
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion with sensitive issues
  • Ability to work independently and organize groups of people
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Very strong work ethic
