Customer Solutions Representative I
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build their career with our Customer Solutions Department as a Customer Solutions Representative I. This is a dynamic role where you will be a key part of our Customer Solutions team with objectives including:
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- This position will be a “go to” person when customers need assistance.
- Working closely with Account Executives that support the accounts that are assigned.
- Position will strive to get our customers using our business solutions for better results.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Hybrid position In Office 3 days Work From Home 2 days
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exemplary attendance.
- Oversee customer fill rate on their orders.
- Support ordering “how to” from customers.
- Handle any job function of customer solutions.
- Provide great customer service to complex accounts.
- Responsible to make timely decisions & sound judgments.
- Ensure customers have their orders in the system accurately.
- Assist with the new accounts that join Nicholas and Company.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer voicemails and emails.
- Manage and/or provide support in obtaining orders from our customers.
- Cover other books of business in addition to assigned books of business.
- Develop strategies to get customers moved over to placing orders electronically.
- Partner with other team members at times to cover other representatives’ workload.
- Assist the department leadership with any special projects, or time sensitive challenges.
- Learn advanced product knowledge, E-Brands and be able to promote these to customers.
- Work closely with the Account Managers to take care of all the needs of complex accounts.
- Develop relationships with customers and work with a wide variety of people and personalities.
- Process verbal and written orders, complete reports and update costumers contact information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a customer service representative.
- Previous experience with ten key by touch, (a minimum of 6,000 keystrokes per hour).
- Patience and conflict resolution skills.
- Maintain an average of 10-15 calls per day.
- Basic math skills and have the capacity to retain numbers.
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
